COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - As Southern Colorado schools welcome students back for a new year of learning, state mental health experts say they want people to know about all the resources on offer.

Many districts, including D49 as well as Fountain-Fort Carson, already have students back in the classroom.

“When children and youth have easy access to high-quality mental and behavioral health support, our school environments and families get stronger,” BHA Deputy Commissioner Dr. Kelly Causey said.
