MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A habitual domestic violence offender was arrested again on Wednesday after allegedly choking his girlfriend until she lost consciousness.

Derrick White, 25, has been charged with aggravated assault, vandalism, and domestic assault.

On August 5, White was accused of choking his girlfriend until she lost consciousness during a domestic incident.

Officers took a report from the victim, and their alert system flagged the White as a habitual offender.

A warrant was issued for White's arrest, and he was arrested.

Police said he is currently on three years of probation after threatening to "pull a Zeek" on Facebook Live last year.
