MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- The Memphis Gas, Light and Water outage map has reported that over 10,000 customers are without power after Friday's thunderstorms.

Around 4 in the afternoon, isolated thunderstorms appeared in Shelby County, leaving 9,883 homes without power.

There were reports of trees down and water over the roadways in the Crosstown area.

WREG Weather Expert Jake Dalton reported that a Flash Flood Warning has been issued for Horn Lake, Memphis and Southaven until 6:45 p.m.
