APPLETON, Wis. (WBAY) - Young artists are picking up the paintbrush in an effort to bring art to the city of Appleton.
“Paint The City” is back and bigger than ever.
A massive new mural centering around music is set to take center stage in the tunnel and overhang just behind City Hall.
For local artist Neo Medina, it’s his fourth year leading the project.
He says giving kids spaces like this to just get outside and be creative is more important than ever and that it can have a profound impact on their lives moving forward.
