SANGER, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – It's been eight months since a car struck two students at a busy intersection near Sanger High School.
"This has to be one of the busiest crossings, especially when school is around," a concerned citizen said.
The intersection of Bethel and Almond sits right in between Sanger High and Madison Elementary; 17-year-old Hubert Hsu and another student were crossing this intersection when they were hit by a car. Hubert died, and the other student was hospitalized. Sanger Police tell YourCentralValley.com both the driver and the students shared fault. The driver was not charged.
