CLOVIS, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – The countdown is on at Clovis Unified School District — the brand-new Terry P. Bradley Educational Center is just days away from welcoming its first students on Aug. 18.
Named in honor of a beloved former superintendent, the sprawling campus will be home to the district’s sixth high school and a new intermediate school. Nearly 500 construction workers are putting the finishing touches on the massive project.
“When you look at this campus — just the sheer size of the campus, the buildings — it’s incredible,” said Assistant Principal Denver Stairs. “I’ve been with Clovis Unified 26 years. I was a student here, graduated from Clovis West, and now to be part of opening this… it’s a full circle moment.”
