SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Whisper Owen and her baby have been missing for almost a month now, and while they haven't been seen since the day of their disappearance, police now have a clearer timeline of their travels.

On June 15, 36-year-old Whisper Owen and her eight-month-old daughter, Sandra McCarty, were in Fresno to visit family and to take baby Sandra to a doctor's appointment.

The pair left town around 5 p.m. to drive back home to Elk Grove. That's the last time anyone heard from her.

About a week after her disappearance, police said traffic footage from the day she left captured her SUV in Atwater, near Shaffer and Bellevue roads, around 8 p.m. Her brother, Richard Owen, said the footage captured her in a smoke shop parking lot changing Sandra's diaper.
