A baseball team from Braintree, Massachusetts, is going to the Little League World Series after a big win Thursday night.

Braintree American beat the team from Bedford, New Hampshire, in extra innings in the New England Regional Championship Game.

At a watch party at The Tree Bar and Lounge, parents, grandparents and former Braintree American players were among the excited fans cheering on the little leaguers.

Despite Braintree annihilating teams from Maine and Vermont in its last two games, Thursday's was a nailbiter that ended in walkoff fashion.
