VISALIA, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Halloween may be more than two months away, but Visalia is getting in on the spooky spirit this weekend with the opening of Spirit Halloween.

The Halloween surplus store is welcoming customers starting Aug. 9 at the former Big Lots location on 2525 S. Mooney Blvd.

The first 100 Spirit Halloween's opened their doors across the country on Wednesday, with the remaining stores set to open sometime this month.
