BATTLE CREEK - With the final home game in the books, the Battle Creek Battle Jacks are coming to an end of the 2025 season. The Jacks will finish the Northwoods League schedule on the road with the official final game on Saturday, Aug. 9 at Kalamazoo.

Out of Contention

After coming within a game of the playoffs at the end of the first half, the Battle Jacks will fall short of their goal of making the postseason for another year. Battle Creek is mathematically eliminated from earning a postseason spot in the second half as the franchise went into the final week seven games out of the last playoff spot with five games left.

At 11-21 going into play Tuesday night, Battle Creek basically flipped its win-loss record from the first half. Battle Creek was a sparkling 20-15 in the first half.
