ST JOHNS, Mich. (WILX) - St. Johns is gearing up for its 40th Annual Mint Festival, set to take place from Friday, August 8, through Sunday, August 10.

Organizers anticipate between 40,000 and 50,000 attendees over the course of the weekend.

Festival-goers can look forward to a variety of attractions each day, including a flea market, food trucks, a craft show, and of course, mint ice cream.

Senior Citizen Day, 1 - 4 p.m.

Carnival 2 - 11 p.m.

Stormy’s foam party 5 - 7 p.m.

Saturday:

Mint City 3-on-3 basketball, 8 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Grand Mint Parade, 10 a.m.

Carnival, 11 a.m. - 11 p.m.

Hubbardston Irish Dance Troupe, noon.

School of Rock, 1 p.m.

Kanin Wren: The Taylor Swift Experience, 5 p.m.

Sunday:
