CINCINNATI (WXIX) - Grand jury indictments are expected Friday against at least four of the six suspects charged so far in connection with what Cincinnati’s police chief says was a “violent attack” Downtown.

The four are:

Dominique Kittle, 37, of Walnut Hills. He is charged with felonious assault, aggravated riot and assault.

Jermaine Matthews, 39, of East Price Hill. He faces charges of aggravated riot and two counts each of felonious assault and assault.

Montianez Merriweather, 34, of South Cumminsville. He is charged with felonious assault, aggravated riot and assault.

Dekyra Vernon, 24, of Evanston. She faces charges of felonious assault, aggravated riot and assault.

Three of them remain locked up at the Hamilton County Justice Center.
