RAVENNA, Ohio - A Ravenna man originally arrested by Niles Police in June has been indicted in Trumbull County on 28 counts of sex-related crimes involving children.

The crimes that 75-year-old Danny McFadden has been charged with date back to November of 2017 through May of 2025, with the majority specifically noted as involving a five-year-old girl at the time of the first offense.

McFadden's charges include 17 counts of first-degree rape, eight counts of third-degree gross sexual imposition, and three counts of fourth-degree gross sexual imposition, according to the indictment from the Trumbull County Court of Common Pleas.

McFadden's pre-trial has been reset to take place on August 13. This will be the sixth pre-trial hearing of the case.
