SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - Two brothers accused in the case of a pharmaceutical delivery driver being shot and killed in a Walgreens parking lot in Shreveport are now facing new charges.

On Friday, Aug. 8, Acting U.S. Attorney Alexander Van Hook announced that a federal grand jury has issued a superseding indictment against the two brothers.

Kevin Terrell Lewis (AKA Kelvin Lewis), 38, of Arlington, Texas, and his brother, Larry Dewayne Lewis, 44, of Shreveport, were bother charged in July with robbery and conspiracy to use, carry, brandish, and discharge firearms during and in relation to a crime of violence, the U.S. Attorney’s Office of the Western District of Louisiana reports.
