SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - It’s a typical August pattern across the ArkLaTex over the next week with plenty of heat and humidity for everyone.
Tonight will be another very warm and muggy night with temperatures holding in the mid 70s. A clear sky should allow for great viewing of the full “Sturgeon Moon”.
Heading into the weekend, we have more heat and humidity to deal with as temperatures soar into the upper 90s both Saturday and Sunday. Feels like temperatures will continue to top 105 at times so make sure and limit your time outside during the afternoon if you can. We will also see a slight increase in moisture which could allow for a handful of storms each afternoon.
