• After years of painstaking restoration, the towering grand hall of the Bank Calumet Tower has been transformed into the Region's newest special events venue. The developer NWI Development Group aimed to offer a Chicago-caliber wedding venue at the new The Reserve: A Grand Venue in downtown Hammond.

• The Reserve: A Grand Venue at 5231 Hohman Ave., Ste 2, is attached to the new The Banc apartment complex. By day, it serves as a common area for the residents of the nine-story, 100-room apartment tower. On weekends or when it's rented out, it doubles as an events space that seats up to 250 for seated events and can host up to 350 for cocktail-style events.
