SPARTANBURG, S.C. (WSPA) - The Spartanburg Police Department is asking for help locating a woman after she left the hospital in the middle of the night.

56-year-old Tammy E. Crowley was last seen leaving the Spartanburg Emergency Room at 1:25 a.m. on August 7. Officers said Crowley was not medically discharged from the hospital.

Crowley is prescribed multiple heart and blood pressure medications, which officers said she does not have with her at the time. Crowley also reportedly does not have her cellphone and is not familiar with the Spartanburg area.

Crowley is described as a white female with light brown hair and brown eyes, with a butterfly tattoo on her ankle.
