SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) -- A man wanted for a Rapid City shooting was arrested Friday morning by Sioux Falls Police.

It happened near Bragstad Drive in eastern Sioux Falls when Kenneth Norman, 29, of Sioux Falls, broke into a home and stole a truck. A woman inside the home got in the truck attempting to stop Norman from taking it.

Norman drove away with the woman inside.

Norman was apprehended near 14th Street and Minnesota Avenue after police assembled a perimeter when Norman ran on foot from the truck. The woman was found safe.

A drone was used in the area during the search for Norman. He was wanted in Rapid City for shooting someone and a parole violation.

Norman was arrested for robbery, grand theft and fleeing police. He was listed as being on parole for previous crimes.
