Polk County Central Dispatch move will delay records requests

BOLIVAR, Mo -- When dispatch moves into it's new state-of-the-art building, it is warning people that it could create some delays in records requests.

The City of Bolivar put out the notice, saying it took many years to accomplish the goal of getting into the new building. This delay is only for administrative records. Processing should be back to normal by Monday, Aug. 18th, the city says.

This will not effect the ability for fire or police to respond to emergency calls.
