SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — A building in downtown San Angelo that was once a historic hotel is now serving as a senior living community after accepting its first residents on Aug. 6 following over a year of renovation work.
The Roosevelt Lofts announced on Aug. 7 that the community had welcomed its first residents. Property manager Adrianna Aguero told Concho Valley Homepage that the residents officially moved in on Aug. 6.
The Roosevelt Lofts website states that the property is a senior living community for people ages 55 and up, offering multiple floor plans for units ranging in size from 605 square feet to 907 square feet.
