WHITLEY COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) - A woman was sentenced to 13 years in prison for her role in trafficking meth.
Melissa Bennett, 42, of Williamsburg, was sentenced on two counts of trafficking meth, less than two grams, along with promoting contraband and possession of a controlled substance.
On June 10, she pleaded guilty to the charges.
According to an indictment, the incident happened in 2024.
