TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - Tyler police have arrested a man accused of making lewd comments to a young girl in an elementary school parking lot while wearing only a diaper and pacifier around his neck.

Wesley Worl, 45, is charged with criminal solicitation of a minor and criminal trespass. He is being held in the Smith County Jail on a collective bond of $600,000.

According to the police report, Worl approached the 11-year-old girl in the parking lot of Andy Woods Elementary, located at 3131 Fry Ave., on July 29. After he made the comments, the girl rode away on her bicycle.

Police obtained warrants for Worl’s arrest on Thursday and arrested him at his place of work.
