SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) - The suspect in a Rapid City shooting was arrested on robbery charges in Sioux Falls on Friday.

According to police, a call came in around 1:42 am on Friday reporting a burglary-in-progress in the 2800 block of East Bragstad Drive.

A caller in the location said that a suspect by the name of Kenneth Norman had broken into a residence and stolen a truck.

A woman who lived in the residence had gotten into the truck to try and stop Norman, and he drove off with her inside.

Kenneth Norman was previously a suspect in a shooting in Rapid City last week and was considered armed and dangerous.

About 20 minutes after the call came in, police located the vehicle around 14th and Minnesota.
