West Fargo, N.D. (KVRR) — West Fargo Police have arrested a man after a pursuit with a stolen vehicle.

Just after 11:00 PM Thursday, police attempted to stop a stolen vehicle near the 800 block of Main Ave.

The vehicle fled eastbound where officers used a PIT manuever near the 1200 block of Main Ave. to stop the vehicle, but the suspect, 43-year-old Jake Curtis Baumann continued to flee on foot before being quickly apprehended.

Baumann was arrested for fleeing, theft of a motor vehicle, possesion of methamphetamine, preventing arrest, probation violation, and outstanding warrants.

There were no injuries, and the stolen vehicle was returned to its owner.
