Ted Budd (R-N.C.) and Peter Welch (D-Vt.) recently introduced the bipartisan Foreign Robocall Elimination Act, legislation that would bring together government and private sector experts to find additional means of eliminating unlawful robocalls placed into the U.S. from abroad.
