Executive chef Joel Hassanali describes the concept simply: "Great food, we have a huge bar. Open kitchen concept — we actually want our guests to see what we can do back there."

Pivot’s menu showcases creativity at every turn. One of the signature starters is the beef tallow candle, crafted from garlic-infused bone marrow and served with a medley of fresh-baked bread and 24-year-aged balsamic vinegar.
