CARY, N.C. (WNCN) – Two people are dead after a shooting at an apartment complex in Cary on Friday afternoon, police said.

According to the Cary Police Department, officers responded around 4 p.m. to the 8100 block of Arbor Way. When officers arrived on scene, police said they found two men who died from gunshot wounds.
