CLEVELAND — The Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office announced Friday that a Cuyahoga County grand jury has indicted 46-year-old Natalie McDaniel, wife of Cleveland Heights Mayor Kahlil Seren , on trespassing charges after allegedly entering a resident’s home without permission.

According to prosecutors, the incident happened on July 30, around 10:37 a.m. on Coventry Road in Cleveland Heights. Video surveillance showed McDaniel approaching a residence from the sidewalk, bending down to photograph a “Recall Mayor Seren” yard sign, the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office said.

Prosecutors said McDaniel then walked to the front door, opened the wrought iron entry and went inside without permission. She remained in the home for about 17 seconds before leaving, according to investigators.
