BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) -- Corner High School has only had four coaches with winning records since 1946.

They've had 15 total coaches in that time, none have been better than current coach Trent Campbell who's 21-4 in two years. He's already sixth in career wins for the Yellow Jackets.

"Going into last season, we weren't sure what we were going to get moving up to 5A. I wasn't even sure what was going to happen. I would've put my money on a lot fewer wins than what we achieved. You come to work everyday, you show up to every game expecting to win and now coming into this season, there's definitely an expectation," said Campbell.
