Jeff and Carolina Neal’s work on a century-old building in downtown Joplin has earned them another award from a statewide organization.

Missouri Main Street Connection said in a statement that it gave its Best Downtown Housing Project Award to Joplin Commons, the leasing company owned by the Neals, for the Pennington Drug Co. project. The award was presented during Missouri’s Premier Downtown Revitalization Conference’s Evening of Excellence ceremony and dinner July 24 at the St. Charles Convention Center. ×
