TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) - Leon County Commissioner Brian Welch is calling commissioners back from summer recess for a special meeting to discuss the county’s fire fees.

That special meeting is scheduled for next Tuesday at 3 p.m.

News of the meeting was unexpected as the commissioners were scheduled to be on recess until Sept. 15.

A county source said the meeting will be about the fire fee, but the agenda has not yet been released.

That agenda is expected to be released by midnight on Friday.
