LIVE OAK, Fla. (WCTV) - Suwannee County Coliseum drowned in a sea of green on Friday night as the community celebrated 100 seasons of Suwannee Bulldog football.
It was a night of school spirit, old friends and reminiscing for players, coaches and fans from the last century. Head coach Kyler Hall quipped that many of his childhood heroes were in the room on Friday.
The evening marked a celebration of what came before and an encouragement to those who come next.
“They’re making memories and friendships they’ll have the rest of their lives,” said former Suwannee standout and current Chiles head coach Bill Ragans. “Some of my best friends are here tonight I grew up playing ball with since I was a tyke. I was telling stories with some of the community guys who were playing when I was growing
