SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) -- Every year, the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally attracts bikers from all over the country.

A Florida man has been attending the rally for 15 years, not to ride, though, but rather to take pictures of those who do.

Highway 87, also known as the Needles Highway, is one of the most scenic and dramatic routes through the Black Hills.

The highway earned its name because of the stunning tall granite formations that resemble needles rising from the forest.

"There was a lot more scenery over here, so those trees have gotten quite big, so it kind of blocks it, but it's still awesome," photographer Don Howard said.
