RAPID CITY, S.D. (KELO) -- For the 4th year in a row, the Rapid City Police Department is partnering with a student to collect school supplies for other students in need, making sure everyone is set up for success this school year.

Last year, Mahpiya Luta High School Senior Cody Two Bulls was able to put together over 700 school bags for students in both Pine Ridge and Rapid City and he's looking to help more this year.

"When I was younger, I didn't always have a pencil to start the year and today I want to get that feeling for a new student or for a brand new year to hopefully get them everything they need to start the school year right," High School Senior Cody Two Bulls said.
