BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — The attorney for a Baton Rouge family whose house was raided July 29 plans to file a lawsuit against police.
Video captured by a neighbor the night of the raid shows Ireisha Mouton and her family walking with their hands in the air towards dozens of police.
"According to one of my clients, they receive like banging at the windows and the doors in the wee hours of the morning or the night. There were red beams aimed inside the home," said Ryan Thompson, attorney representing the family.
