TIPTONVILLE, Tenn. - Prosecutors will seek the death penalty against a man accused of murdering four family members in West Tennessee.

Austin Drummond appeared in court for the first time on Thursday following his arrest on Tuesday. Authorities found Drummond in a wooded area of Jackson, Tennessee, a full week after he allegedly killed four people and abducted a 7-month-old baby girl in Lake County, Tennessee. Police found the baby abandoned in the yard of a home in Dyer County, nearly 25 miles away.
