Motorists are being advised to refuel before Monday if feasible, as sweltering weather conditions return next week. Whilst hot weather disappeared in July, it's poised to make a significant comeback from Monday, with Met Office predictions showing 26C on Sunday, climbing to 28C on Monday, 29C on Tuesday and 30C on Wednesday.

The UKHSA has issued a yellow Heat Health Alert, running from Monday through Tuesday , owing to heightened risks for individuals, particularly vulnerable groups, during these elevated temperature conditions .
