A 23-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving following a crash between a lorry and a car in Harrow . Two people were taken to hospital after police, paramedics and London's Air Ambulance were called to Kenton Road just before 6.30am today (August 9).

No one has been seriously injured, according to a statement issued by the Metropolitan Police this afternoon. Pictures taken at the scene show a smashed white car that appears to have ploughed in to the front of a builder's lorry.

The bonnet is almost entirely crumpled, scattering glass and plastic shards across the road. The airbags are exploded, and the doors also appear to have been taken off by firefighters.
