Three people in their 40s were detained at an Oasis gig on Friday.

Police confirmed they made the arrests as the band played in Edinburgh as part of their highly-anticipated comeback tour.

Liam and Noel Gallagher were playing the first of three concerts in the capital on Friday, August 8.

An estimated 70,000 fans packed into a sold-out Murrayfield Stadium.

Two women and one man were arrested at the event for offences including assault, drug offences and abusive behaviour.
