A man has been arrested for approaching an 11-year-old girl while wearing just a nappy and a dummy before telling her: "I need a diaper change."

Wesley Steven Worl, 46, is said to have made baby-like noises and uttered "goo goo gaa gaa" before asking the young girl to change his nappy. He now faces charges of criminal solicitation of a minor for the incident which took place on Tuesday, July 29.
