An 18-year-old from Kawartha Lakes is facing a death threat charge following a racially charged dispute caught on video at Peterborough’s Lansdowne Place Mall.

In the video — which has more than 30,000 views on Facebook since it was posted Aug. 6 — three young men are seen in a pickup truck. A threat is heard, and racial slurs appear to be directed at the person recording the incident as he asks someone to call 911.
