Daylilies and irises are a couple of the surest perennials anyone can plant in Kentucky. They thrive with neglect and year after year provide welcome color to any landscape whether home or business or park.

Every 3 to 5 years, daylilies and irises appreciate being divided. Division is just the physical cutting through the root mass to make several (sometimes many) plants out of one. There are tons of perennials that can be propagated through division. Daylilies and iris are the ones we want to do now.
