Can you believe it is school time again? Most of the schools in Pulaski County will be starting soon and some have already begun. Most of our children have been on the summer sleeping schedule, staying up later at night and sleeping during the morning. Now their sleeping pattern will change as their bodies get accustomed to going to school 8 hours a day. Parents need to make sure their children are getting plenty of sleep for their age level so they will be alert and ready to gain knowledge.
