'There's No Better View' to Watch NASCAR Races at Watkins Glen International than 'The Bus Stop'

WATKINS GLEN INTERNATIONAL (WENY) -- The campgrounds at Watkins Glen International are packed, as NASCAR fans have settled in for the weekend. Some of the campers have outdone themselves with their setups, with one group setting up an old school bus at their site.

" I actually started [coming to WGI] in ‘94. I got tickets and sat in the Grandstands. Just got burnt out up there, so my buddy started walking around the track and didn’t realize how big it was. I thought you could see the whole track from the bleachers, but you really can’t. I went around and fell in love with this back straight, so the first thing I did when I got home, I said, ‘We gotta get a bus. We have to get a bus,'" said Mark Caporin.

In 1995, Caporin bought his bus and transformed it. He said he doesn't regret the d
