Authorities arrested a man following a multi-agency police chase that started in Giles County, Tennessee, and ended on I-65 in Morgan County.

The Limestone County Sheriff's Office says they were notified Friday night by the Giles County Sheriff's Office about a vehicle pursuit entering Alabama. Deputies along with the Ardmore Police Department intercepted the suspect as he crossed the state line.

The sheriff's office says the driver, Jason Rose, was driving a 3500 dually pickup truck southbound on I-65 and was throwing items out of the truck during the chase. Authorities say they used spike strips several times in Limestone and Morgan counties to stop the truck. The chase ended south of the I-65 bridge in Priceville where Rose was arrested without incident.
