The new location, a 74,000-square-foot facility that promises 200 full-time jobs, will be off I-75 on Rumble Road.

Commissioner Lamarcus Davis said Buc-ee’s will pay an estimated $10 million for road improvements, including new traffic lights and roundabouts.

The location is expected to open in March 2027.

Buc-ee’s already has three locations in Georgia — one in Calhoun, one in Warner Robins and one in Brunswick, the latter of which just opened in July.
