HALE CENTER, Texas (KCBD) - The Hale Center Owls are coming off an incredible 10-2 season where they snapped a 39-year 16-game playoff losing streak earning their first postseason win since 1985.

Also winning District for the first time in 29 years, Head Coach Marc Puente wants the Owls to wisely build off that this season.

With former Morton Football Coach Keith Mauldin in to run the office, Hale Center will look a little bit different as they move the ball.

Hale Center will look to defend the District Championship and make another run this season.
