A New Hampshire man is facing charges after police said he was on the roof of a home, looking into windows.

Robert Keenan, 21, of Milford, was charged with loitering/prowling, resisting arrest or detention, disorderly conduct and criminal trespassing, according to police.

Lancaster police said officers responded to a home on Portland Street for a report of a suspicious man on a roof looking in windows. Keenan left before officers arrived, police said.

Keenan attempted to get away on foot from an officer, but the officer was able to take him into custody, police said.

Keenan was released on personal recognizance bail.
