WHITESTOWN, IND. (KELO) -- Sioux Falls Little League punched its second straight trip to the Little League World Series with a 6-0 shutout win over North Dakota in the Midwest Regional on Friday.

Team South Dakota went 4-1 at the tournament and outscored its opponents 22-6 over the five games with three shutouts. The pitching staff allowed just one earned run over the tournament.

The team made the trip to Williamsport Saturday, leaving straight from Indiana. This year is the for the fourth trip to the Little League World Series in program history and the second straight season.
