The Dodgers followed up their come-from-behind victory on Friday with a beatdown of the Toronto Blue Jays by a final score of 9-1, taking the series from Toronto.

Blake Snell made his first start at Dodger Stadium since April 2 against the Atlanta Braves, and got out to a hot start with two quick strikeouts of Davis Schneider and Ernie Clement before getting Vladimir Guerrero Jr. to ground out for a clean first inning. Snell bested himself in the second inning, striking out the side and tallying five strikeouts through his first two innings of work.

Snell ran into trouble in the third inning, serving a leadoff double to Buddy Kennedy and a one-out walk to Schneider. Snell recorded a strikeout of Clement before once again getting Guerrero to ground out to escape trouble. The Dodgers faced
